This item comes in a package which is very tight wrapped. I was very careful when opening the package, so I used the scissors and cut a little bit at a time and making sure not to damage the item. Took few minutes to get it out wrapped super tight. The car seat was in a vacuum sealed bag, once you get it out from it the beauty appears. Just perfect color for our principessa Goldi, she’s mixed golden retriever and chow chow. Car seat feels very soft, has belts to secure it in the car, also a belt to secure the dog. There was no manual for how to use and care for the dog car seat. It would be nice if there is a manual in it. Recommended 👍

Got this so my dog would have a soft place to lay while traveling. The seat cover that I use has the hard bottom and my senior dog was not comfortable on it. This dog car seat has a very thick bottom pad. This is easy to install by using the included strap around the head rest. The bottom has a slip resistant material to help it stay in place. There is a pocket on the side to store a leash, collapsible bowl, etc. The bottom pad has a removable cover so that it can be washed. This is easy to vacuum the hair off of, but is very soft. My dog is 65lb. And she is comfortable curled up in this. Good quality and value for the money.
