Good quality, exaxtly what i wanted

ik heb voor deze monitor arm gekozen omdat hij goeie reviews leek te krijgen een de zelfde dag bezorgd zou worden maar de monitor arm is nooit verstuurt na meerdere keren de klantenservice te hebben gesproken uiteindelijk mijn geld terug gekregen.

This white high arm mount is exactly what I needed to place a secondary monitor above my ultrawide screen. It’s incredibly sturdy and stable, zero wobble even during full workdays. Although it’s originally designed for a dual vertical stack, I swapped the included arm for a longer one to get the clearance I needed, and it fit perfectly thanks to the universal pole size. Installation was quick and straightforward. Highly recommended if you're customizing a clean and solid workstation like mine.

Updating my review because this gets worse.The connector on this thing prevents you from raising the bottom screen so even when it’s at its highest point, the screen is still too low.Same goes for the top screen. You can’t bring it as low as you need because of the connector.I had other people try to unbolt one of the brackets and it’s been impossible for everyone.We did manage to unbolt the other bracket but it was bolted tight. Anyway, very poor design and functionality. I don’t recommend this product.——I am sooooooooooo annoyed with this order.The reason I’m annoyed is because of the amount of trouble I had to go through to put it all together and to find out on the last step that one of the monitor holders is bolted on crookedly.And there is no unbolting it to straighten it out because it looks like it’s glued together or soldered together.So I spent about an hour putting everything together and noticed that it’s going to result in a crooked screen. It’s really subtle when it’s just without the screen attached, but as soon as you put the monitor on, it is extremely obvious how crooked it is.On top of that, one of the plates that attaches to the back of the monitors had burrs on it. I had to use wire cutters to trim those and then a file to file them down.Poor attention to detail that results in loss in functionality.I already have so many things to do today that I don’t know when I’m gonna take it apart and send it back. I’ve already lost time on this. It’s not an easy fix. I have to disassemble the whole thing, disconnect the monitors, package everything and send it back.Such a pain.
