Small easy to use strong

As a 3D printing enthusiast I get through a fair few magnets. They're good for all sorts of craft and DIY projects too. Usually I buy button type neodymium magnets in various sizes.I wanted these larger strip magnets to secure things in the workshop mainly, such as keeping the chuck key safe with my drill press. It's always getting lost otherwise.These magnets are a handy size for such things, and come with 3M brand sticky strips to secure them in place.They're good and strong, though despite the marketing photos they're not strong enough to hold sizeable hand tools like hammers and pliers! Not alone at least, if you used several it might work. It's not what they're good for certainly - you can get large extra strong magnet strips for holding tools.In fact most of the advertising images are not very practical - I would not recommend these for holding notes to the fridge for example! They're pretty strong, and would be very hard to lift off a flat surface to take a note off.The packaging on these is exceptionally good - the magnetic bars came with plastic spacers between each one, making separating them much easier. A nice touch I've not seen before. And the sticky strips are not pre-applied so you can choose to use them or not.All in all, they're good magnets and work just fine. They are relatively large and strong, making them a more niche choice and not great for most of the purposes shown in the advert photos.

Very Very powerful set of flat magnets that will serve numerous purposes.Use them as door catches, for hobby use, to hold items on fridge, etc.
