Unlike what is shown in the photos, I only received the headband cushion itself without the pull tag. Luckily I was able to reuse the old one. It’s not durable; maybe it’s just the luck of the draw but the one that I received only lasted a couple of months before starting to pull apart at the seams. Original one lasted way longer.

Not gonna lie, I didn't have high hopes for this random, off brand product. Luckily, I was wrong. Like others have said, it doesn't have the pull tab. I still have mine, and I didn't see it claim to come with it, anyway, so no issue there. Installation was simple. It snaps right in, and fits perfectly in my 700 ProX. Also, it seems to have a similar level of comfort and quality as the OEM part.
