Leider hat das Produkt enorme Mängel. Es passt nicht wie die alte Bildtrommel in den Laserdrucker, da dieses Produkt, obwohl laut Kodifizierung für XEROX passend, eine fälschliche Konstruktion aufwiest!! Wir haben das Problem leider erst 5 Monate nach unserem Kauf gemerkt, da die alte Bildtrommel erst jetzt seinen Dienst quittiert hat. Umtausch hat SOVA-MAX nicht mehr akzeptiert, weil unsere Reklamation erst nach der Gewährleistungs-Frist erfolgt ist. Dennoch: Ein fehlerhaftes Produkt sollte nicht angeboten werden. NICHT KAUFEN!!

I'm not sure if this is an original toner from Xerox because the authentication label has been tampered. Also the original tape has been cut, meaning it was opened already before delivering it to me.

Price is low, delivery is quick, however none of the Phaser 7760 imaging units we received had authentic Xerox computer chips allowing the phaser to read or use the imaging unit! Our production was shut down for 1/2 day because none of the three back up imaging units we had ordered could not be used. The Xerox technical specialist we called in to repair the machine said the ordered units were refurbished, not new. I say STAY AWAY!

Funziona come deve, troppo costosa. Purtroppo non si riescono a trovare unità immagini di altre marche, se valide prenderei sicuramente quelle.
