After three months of using the feeder, problems started with feeding my pet. The feeder began to act on its own — it was dispensing food without any command. When I tried to reinstall it, it completely stopped responding to anything. Attempts to contact the seller gave no result. I do not recommend buying from here.

Ho comprato questo dispenser automatico ed ha molti problemi software, anzitutto non coincide l'orario di distrubuzione automatica perchè è regolato calcolando l'ora solare e non quella legale per cui se si vuol far partire alle 13:00, bisogna impostarla alle 12:00 e su un prodotto di questo dove manca un buon settaggio automatico o quantomeno una regolazione orario utc manuale non me lo aspettavo da Xiaomi. Poi non eroga in grammi ma in porzioni anche se il display può segnare i grammi di uscita o la percentuale... La bilancia è piuttosto precisa ma la macchineta dispenser ha una meccanica che non permette una distribuzione precisa e sempre uguale al grammo per cui per quanto mi riguarda non serve a nulla, specialmente per chi vuole didtribuire al proprio animale i giusti grammi di cibo. A mio parere la bilancia messa sotto la ciotola è una vera pecca, perche si è precisa ma l'animale può sempre appoggiare le zampe dentro la ciotola e variarne il peso oppure andare subito a mangiare mentre ancora sta uscendo il cibo e mandare in tilt il peso della bilancia, questo sistema di pesatura per me è fatto malissimo. Quando si decideranno a fare un dispositivo con bilancia sigillata internamente in modo da non essere influenzata dall'animale ed una distribuziona precisa in grammi allora penserò a comprare la nuova edizione...Ma in questo caso per chi vuole la precisione la sconsiglio vivamente.

It's alright but I am having issues with the dispensed weight every time. Sometimes it gives me the 5g portion I want, but most of the time it'll dispense twice (even though it's 1 portion) and give my cat something like 13-14g so he's been overeating. I weight calibrate before every feeding and still it's 50/50 if it'll give me the portion size I want. They didn't have my specific food from the list I could choose so I'm assuming that's where the error margin comes from.It sometimes doesn't even display how much food is in the bowl on my app and I have to look at the device (which is impossible when I'm at work and have to wait a while for the cat to eat to get the report on how much food was dispensed and eaten).The app also keeps saying there isn't enough food, even though there is plenty. The filter needing change every month is a bit bonkers to me too, considering it doesn't seem used after a month, and a new cartridge isn't cheap.The app also took several tries to set up and link to the dispenser because it wasn't close enough to the router (they were maybe 2 meters apart, had to move the dispenser to be right next to the router which was a chore).

Soweit klappt jetzt alles einwandfrei und bin sehr zufrieden. Hatte zuvor das Vorgängermodel was auch schon gut war, aber das neue ist etwas durchdachter (z.B. Notstrom über Batterien).Hatte nur etwas Schwierigkeiten das WLAN zu koppeln, aber wenn man den Text in der App genau ließt, klappt es eigentlich ganz gut.
