Only about a couple of miles on a roll! So far i've used one complete roll to make a coil for a experimental electro-magnet which works very well especially when you put in a thick iron rod for a core. The other two rolls will also go to make coils in the future - you learn part by reading, part by playing. Highly recommended - it's stout enough but not too thick to coil easily. Get some and enjoy yourself!

Excellent quality enamelled copper wire. When I can find any spare time, I like to have an electronics project on the go in the shed so this is going to be useful in many ways. Currently (no pun intended) I am working towards making radio transmitters and receivers for which this will be perfect. It comes with heat resistant tape which I may find a use for at some point. It is important to remember that if this is being used to conduct electricity, then the enamel will need to be sanded off at the contact points. Is it good value? Well, there is 50m of it for £10, so yes, I think it probably is.

Got the AWG20 as needed for a side project I have on going, great that it comes with some heat resistant tape.Simply, it's good quality enamelled wire in a variety of sizes, good for the project I am on at the moment.
