My mate who has become a bit of a bore with his fishing "exploits" recently became even more unbearable when some fishing rag printed his picture of him holding a giant goldfish he just landed - yep, another "I once caught one thiissss big" story. At first I thought he just bought a dead pike and lied just to get his five minutes of fishy fame, but apparently he really did land a whopping tuna in a local lake. Then, rather than get the tartare sauce out, he told me he had to let it go! What godforsaken sport is this that you can't even eat what you caught!?SO feeling rather sorry for him that his moment of fame is reduced to a 3x2 image in a magazine no self respecting human reads, I bought him this cuddly fish so he can bore the pants off of all visitors with some form of a plush representation of what he said he caught. And the bonus - no putrid smell, not slippery when wet, and doubles as a handy weapon in a pillow fight.
