A great piece of equipment to be able to mount our families bike rack onto the back of our Volkswagen multivan T7. After searching for months for a decent quality bike rack, for 4 bikes, to fit our van, we realised that the only way is to either roof mount or buy an extension bar. The bar is easy to mount, and gives us just enough distance to allow for us to tilt the rack and open the rear door. The shipping to Sweden was quick and when the package arrived, it was missing a mounting bolt. I contacted the company and they apologised for the mistake and sent the missing bolt the same day. Great customer service, mistakes happen and they didn't try to make excuses. I'd definitely recommend this product, especially if you have bought a T7 van, as this is pretty much the only way to get 4 bikes on the back.

Delivered on time. Easy to assemble. Created the perfect gap between my tow ball and rear door spare wheel to attach my existing bike carrier. Only constructive feedback would be that it would be even better if someone could develop an extender which was lockable when attached to the tow ball.
