Xlear Spry Xylitol Gum (Sugar-Free) Natural Peppermint 100 count

One of the few gums that does not use any aspartame or other crap, but still has flavour that lasts a fairly long time. Problem is: price on Amazon is much higher than buying in local stores, if you can find it.

I started chewing this gum at the beginning of 2025 because Xylitol is good for your teeth, what the label doesnt tell you is that you need about 6g a day to have a positive effect on tooth health. Which you could easily chew 6 pieces a day to get the amount you need, because the flavor runs out about 20 minutes into chewing it. Still I like it better than regular gum because I know it is doing SOMETHING!

The xylitol is definitely present and long lasting as you can feel the minty essence on the tongue far into chewing it. But the initial flavour fades in ~2 minutes.I also pop a second piece in as I find the first one too small.

I love this gum ad have used it for many years. It's the only type of gum I chew.
