I ordered medium. I am 160.I was very excited about this product as it sounded very promising. As soon as It arrived, I tried it on. The design is completely off!! I knew it was the right size because my hips were already hard to fit in, however the legs were not compressed at all, the tummy part rolls down and wrinkles. Not any different from others as promised in the advertisement.The stitching of the suit is very bad. Not like in the pictures. The butt part looks like if I have huge panties under my dresses. The tummy stitches looks like I have two lines on my stomach essential revealing the suit under.I am not very fat. I just wanted something to shape my form better. I decided to not use it. It ended up making my butt look worst, my stomach was compressed a bit but you could see everything under. My natural body was better and lighter than with this on. If you are of thinner shape and are happy enough with your stomach, this product is not for you.

La pancera non rispecchia le misure riportate nel senso che in base alle misure avrei dovuto vestire la L che 8n realtà è molto abbondante se si vuole l'effetto contenitivo . Il tessuto è bellissimo,morbido,confortevole apparentemente non sembra far caldoQuindi ho deciso di provare stavolta con una M perché non vorrei che una S fosse troppo giusta sui fianchi.

Really comfortable, they really work and the sheer leg tops look really nice.The only thing I’d say though is that I felt I wouldn’t wear these in winter with tights because I’d end up with a double layer at the tops of my legs, these are going to be more suited to summer outfits when I wouldn’t need to wear tights!
