XORO HFT 440 - internetradio met DAB+ en FM-ontvangst voor uitbreiding van een hifi-installatie, 2,4 GHz WLAN, Bluetooth, SpotifyConnect, muziek streaming via UPnP

Qua behuizing en mogelijkheden een leuke tuner. Maar wat betreft kwaliteit slecht. Van de ene op de andere dag ineens geen muziek meer.Tuner is naar de stort gegaan. Zonde voor het geld.

I purchased the Xoro HFT 440 as a versatile and easy-to-use source for my stereo system. The main features are network connectivity to servers and simple control via smartphone. I wasn't expecting audiophile sound quality, intending to use the device as a background music source. It must be said that all the listed functions are present in one way or another, but it is also necessary to acknowledge that these functions come with caveats. The universality suffers due to poor reception quality on the included antenna (DAB+, FM). Network operation is characterized by instability and strange freezes regardless of the protocol (internet radio, DLNA/UPNP). Bluetooth connectivity does not work with all devices and lacks range. All this slightly spoils the impression of using the device. The app lacks functionality, convenience,and a modern interface. The remote control... it's just there (apparently just taken from a batch left over in storage for another device). However, it is necessary to consider the price range, which likely explains the presence of the above-mentioned issues. If you take into account the cost of the device, then the player quite fulfills its functions, and if you are not willing to tolerate the shortcomings, then it is worth looking at devices that are several times more expensive. As for sound quality, it is quite good and will not spoil most setups, even those significantly higher in level compared to the device.

Deze tuner of hoe je het noemen wil is zijn geld niet waard. Ontvangst of afspelen DAB of Internetradio is een lijdensweg. Het apparaat heeft te weinig geheugen en moet constant bufferen, je luistert dus radio met tussenpozen van 10 seconden tot twee minuten en meer, echt rampzalig. Bij mij is hij nu definitief naar de schroothoop verhuisd!!! Spaar je geld en koop wat anders voor mijn part chocolade....

De Xoro is niet duur dus de verwachting was ook niet zo hoog gespannen.Maar het ding functioneert gewoon slecht.FM ontvangst is er nauwelijks (met externe antenne).DAB idem.Internet radio hapert ,bufferen duurt lang,menu is niet meer van deze tijd(elke keer het hele menu doorlopen na een zoek actie),veel vastlopers (de afstandbediening werkt dan niet meer en "harde reset " is noodzakelijk).Dit is zowel via wifi als ook bekabeld het geval.Het apparaat gaat vandaag weer retour

Kon geen spotify op apparaat krijgen en kreeg geen geluid versterker. Apparaat teruggestuurd.

C'è solo un grande problema..Il libretto di istruzioni è in desco .. e solo in tedescco..quindi cercare web radios e memorizzare stazioni è un pò osticoIl Frimaware... o ascolti quello he piace ai tedeschi oppure.. cambi scelta...Ps.: accesa.. configurata, messa sullo scaffale delle reliquie a transistor

Ogillar att man inte kan gå direkt till respektive mode utan måste stega sig fram. Saknar engelsk brukshandvisning.

Sorry to say but the system allwsys looses the signal. Either the WiFi or the cable... Nothing works! Every time connect minimum 5 times, ok connected! After 2-3 minutes: signal loss. Network check: stable! Call internet company for checkup: stable...Seems to be not a good buy, but cant return anymore 🤷

Nachdem ich, mal wieder, auf ein gebraucht Gerät bei eBay reingefallen bin, habe ich mich bei AMAZON umgeschaut. Das Radio XORO Internetradio HFT 440 sollte es nun sein. Lieferung war, wie immer, sehr schnell. Leider war keine Umverpackung verwendet worden! Somit konnte man den Inhalt der Sendung schnell erraten! In der Vergangenheit hatte ich nicht nur einmal das Pech, dass sich ein Paket in Luft aufgelöst hatte. Das sollte nun, mit Hilfe der Kontroll-Nummer, der Vergangenheit angehören.Nun zum Gerät selbst.Die Verpackung reicht offensichtlich aus, um keine Transportschäden zuzulassen. Alle Teile wurden von mir auf Vollständigkeit überprüft. Statt einer Teleskopantenne war eine kleine UKW-Antenne vorhanden. Ich hatte nie vor, das Radio über diesen Anschluss zu verbinden. Also wieder in die Verpackung gelegt und weiter ging es mit der Installation. Leider musste ich die halbe Anbauwand um 50cm nach vorn rücken. Die Stromversorgung ist dann doch zu groß für den kleinen Durchlass in der Rückwand. Nachdem alle verbunden war und die Möbel an ihrem alten Platz standen, ging es an die Installation des Radios. Alles ging ohne größere Problem, wenn auch etwas zäh! Wenn es aber erstmal eingerichtet ist, macht das Gerät richtig Spaß! Der Scan, über das Internet, brachte 4672 Sender! Das ist schon mal eine Ansage! Ich habe das XORO Internetradio HFT 440 mit meiner Soundbar DENON DHT-T100 verbunden. Die beiden harmonieren perfekt miteinander!Fazit: Ein sehr schönes und preiswertes Radio (30% Rabat), welches durchaus 5 Sterne verdient hat!Sicherlich könnte es etwas schneller im "denken" sein. Das stört mich aber nicht weiter. Das Gerät wird am Morgen eingeschaltet und am späten Nachmittag bekommt es wieder seine verdienet Ruhe!Für mich eine klare Kaufempfehlung!
