I originally ordered one of these in May, which took 2 weeks to arrive. We were having quite a warm weather at the time and we were using a standard fan which took floor space and didn't have any special features.Once I received this product, I unboxed it to assemble to only find that one of the wires were cut off clean. I was disappointed to say the least as it took so long to arrive. We tried to salvage the item and installed it anyway to see if it still worked.Fortunately the fan and light works but to change the light settings were not working. We could only use it with one setting.I contacted the seller and provided picture evidence. They responded very quickly and identified the issues. They sent me a replacement with no question ask but stated it would take another 2 weeks.So I was happy to say the least as the customer service has won me at this point.We finally received our replacement over a week ago and assessed the items thoroughly before assembly. Everything looked fine and installed it. It was easy to install but the assembly is a bit fiddly but not difficult.The light works as it should but does wobble aeven after re-installing it as there's a gap in the centre which the first one didn't.Apart from that, all our family and friends wants one and is very impressed with the ceiling fan and light. The fan is powerful and it's very quiet. The light feature is also smart and good for different events we've had in our house. The app is amazing and I don't have to keep looking for the remote.We love our new smart feature in the house 🤩

Sono veramente contento ne ho comprato 3 😂😂 e sono riuscito ad canalizzare l'aria a mio piacimento fanno tanta luce e poco rumoreCon i ventilatori impostati in un certo modo sono riuscito a portare l'aria condizionata in posti dove prima non ci arrivavaSono veramente molto soddisfatto

Ich bin sehr positiv überrascht über diese wunderschöne Deckenlampe!Mit Alexa verbunden, innerhalb weniger Minuten klappt problemlos, auch der integrierten Ventilator lässt sich mit Alexa separat an und ausschalten! Mega toll!Fernbedienung funktioniert auch tadellos. Man kann verschiedene Farbtöne einstellen von kaltweiss bis warm, auch dimmen möglich.Auch ist diese Lampe schön hell, man braucht keine Leselampe mehr!Daumen hoch, Kaufempfehlung!
