This works very well, and the headset has a number of configurations (different ear gels, optional ear loop). The range is great, and other people have commented that the audio quality of my voice is much better than the bluetooth headset I was using before. It's comfortable and stays in my ear. The hard buttons are easy to find without accidentally clicking something. I would like the "Muted/Unmuted" voice prompt to be a bit louder, sometimes I can't hear it when other people are talking.Note that the pictures are a bit confusing. There are two models, one has the base station/charging stand with three buttons, the other just has a dongle and a separate charging cord. I prefer the one I got, the "portable" one with the dongle, because I don't need the functionality of the base station (I only use this with the PC) and I don't have the desk space for it.Overall I am very happy with this, and the price is better than any other DECT headset, and any other seller on amazon.ca.
