The sound quality of the headset is great I work from home 90% of the time I’m using the headset the party on the receiving end can hear you. I love the fact you can mute the call by raising the mouthpiece. The battery life is phenomenal I left the headset off the charger for 1 day and the battery remained at full status; This headset is worth the money.

My trusty Jabra headset broke after three years, so I searched for a replacement and found this one. It shouldn't be this hard to find a headset that works properly! While it functions fine when it does connect, it randomly fails to connect for MS Teams meetings or calls, forcing me to use my earbuds instead. It's not worth the hassle of hoping it will work for important calls.

Does not work on any of THREE different Dell laptops. Two headset replacements. Yealink support requires you to do a bunch of homework with their non-functional software to assist you. Nice headset otherwise, but a complete waste of money for my purpose. I will never choose Yealink again.

This is a great headset to have for your desk phone. Provides a great deal of range of where you can almost walk around without losing any signal. Sound quality is awesome. Setup was easy and comfortable around the ears.
