If you use a standing desk, I can definitely recommend getting one of these balancing boards. It helps keep the legs engaged and weight shuffling around. Added benefit you can do some exercises on it. 4/5 stars because the bottom balancing pins are already wearing out after 10 days of use. Wonder how long it will last.

This wobble board is even better than the ones my physiotherapist uses. It comes with a page of exercises, beginner exercises on one side and advanced exercises on the other side of the page. I’m happy with this item and recommend it.

I bought this for home exercises after using something like this at physical therapy. Trying to get my flexibility and strength back after a catastrophic ankle injury in a car crash, and wanted to replicate all my PT at home. This price is also 1/3 the cost of one PT visit, so very happy with that!

This is BEST value for what it does, you cannot get a better product to help you develop strength in legs, ankles and core. As we grow old, it is VITAL that we have strong legs and impeccable balance. As people age, most fall down for one reason or another as they have weak legs, ankles and poor balance. Once we fall, most likely we will be bed-ridden and that is the end. This item will help you develop strength in legs, core and ankles and give us great balance. I highly recommend this to you all so that we can do the most important thing to live healthy and well. Buy this now, I cannot stress this more, and NO I am not paid by this company to say this.
