This is the exact item, style and size (L) given to me after my surgery, but this one was really difficult to fasten. Post-op, a medical tech had helped me put the original item on and she helped fasten the hooks/eyes. This one seems tighter, but I'm sure will stretch, but I could have used a helping hand putting this one on. The item arrived clean and brand new; I was worried since I had read reviews in which other garments were obviously used and dirty but sold as new. This one is perfect and really does the job. I have to sleep in a compression garment for the first 3 weeks post-op, and this is only the beginning of week 2. I love the zip-up bottom and it's so much easier to use the bathroom. However, if having a BM I would take this off since I'm afraid I might get the garment soiled. My back-up compression garments can't compare to this Yianna faja which really smooths the lumps and bumps! Once it's on and fastened, it is really comfortable and provides great back support!PS: After wearing and hand-washing, this was easier to fasten, but it maintains its elasticity.

Also ich find das Teil wirklich toll. Material ist ganz angenehm, was mir sehr gut gefällt ist, das es an den Oberschenkeln nicht einschnürt, was mich etwas stört ist, das es unter den Armen etwas zu eng ist, das heißt, das es etwas rausquillt, aber der shape Effekt ist wirklich super. Wenn man es an hat. ☺️😁 Hat n bißchen gedauert, aber ich fühl mich echt wohl darin. Weiß leider noch nicht, wie es mit dem Toilettengang dann klappt, aber ich denke durch den Reißverschluss wird das auch kein Problem sein. Ich trage Größe 44/46 und Amazon empfahl mir Größe XL, also super. Ach ja und der Po wird nicht eingequetscht und sieht echt toll aus. Würde ich wieder kaufen und kann den Artikel echt weiter empfehlen.

The size guide based on measurements was just in extra large but my Amazon profile recommended getting the Large. So I ordered the large. It fits and works great but I do have to have it on the largest setting (there are a few options - approximately 1.5cm worth of playroom). If I gained weight - it would not fit. So if you are not the bottom end measurement of the XL - the large would likely not fit you.The crotch hole is a zipper, it zips open a good size way - haven’t tried to pee through it yet though. It definitely is very supportive of the core. Black colour. Fits perfect under my dress. It is a higher back though (mid shoulder blade) so it would not work with backless style outfits. Overall, I am very happy with it. It snatches me up really well! (I have a momma pouch and it almost makes it disappear). Bra not included.
