The quality is amazing, better than any other waist trainers I have ever used.Make sure to follow the "break in schedule" the first two weeks and don't overdo it.First week: every other day 2-3h per day.Second week: every other day 5-6h per day.After the first two weeks, it should be very comfortable and you will be able to wear it for up to 8h, but it's still not ideal to wear it every day. Make sure to exercise your core and lower back, so your muscles don't rely on the waist trainer.Now, when it comes to sizing, I was very puzzled and saw many contradicting comments here.I am 1,57m (5'1"), 60kg and my natural waist is around 80cm. According to the size chart, I should be an XL. I thought it was a little weird since I'm normally an M-size (38 NL) in everything else.I went ahead and ordered the L size, and to be honest I can already fit the middle closing option, not even the loosest. I'm not sure if this is because I'm used to cinching my waist, but the sizing sounds a bit off. I feel like I will be ready to order an M in 2 months.Apart from the sizing, I totally recommend this product!

Ottimo prodotto, proprio come lo cercavo, all'inizio sono sincera non mi fidavo tanto, poi leggendo le varie recensioni mi sono fidata e devo dire che ho fatto benissimo, comodissimo non si sente nemmeno dopo un po' che lo indossi anzi quando non ce l ho mi manca. Finalmente un motivo per tenere la schiena dritta a sedere, ti sostiene e non fai sforzo. Lo uso praticamente tutto il giorno anche per fare pulizie a lavoro. La pancia superpiatta fianchi ben delineati, ti fa il corpo a clessidra e non si vede sotto i vestiti ( solo se sono attillati allora si vedono le stecche) veramente veramente consigliato. E poi è bello calduccino specie ora per l'inverno. Traspirante grazie ai buchi, non da fastidio ne prurito addosso. Ho preso una tg M e misuro 73 cm al punto vita lo aggancio ai primi gancini e va bene così piano piano con il tempo lo aggancerò a quelli in mezzo.. speriamo! Sono alta 1.57 e come altezza è perfetto prende tutto l'addome e alza anche il seno. Bellissimo regalo che mi sono fatta.

After a full day of wearing my corset yesterday, my stomach muscles are sore this morning which means it's working well and I'm very happy about that. I've lost 40 pounds over the year and intend to lose 10 more so I'll definitely need to buy a medium in the near future. The quality and comfort of this corset are fantastic! I don't have buldges anywhere, either in the corset itself or anything poking out and the lift, in my bust, is quite flattering; it also doesn't poke into my hips of flip up when I sit down. The afternoon I received my corset a friend stopped by and I showed it to her -- turns out, she had heard a lot of great things about Yianna and was envious of me. She tried it on (she's a little bigger than I am) and we were both impressed with how form fitting it was. She loved it so much she's going to be making a purchase soon as well. In all, I'm very satisfied. I've purchased my fair of corsets in my 30s (I'm 50 now) and paid a lot of money for them, the quality and comfort of this garment makes the other corsets pale in comparison and the cost beats them all! Pesantissimo e doppio. Foderato di una plastica quindi fa sudare molto. Rigido e per niente comodo. Sembra però di ottima qualità ma poco pratico
