These are too large diameter to actually fit into standard sized bicycle mounting point. No amount of trimming, spinning and turning, can get these fully seated.

As others have said, these do not fit mounts in bike frames, specifically the M5 which most modern bikes use (bottle cage bolts, frame mounts etc.) To note, I tried this in 5 different bike frames - so it wasn't just one they didn't fit.If you need them for something else and they actually fit, then they are well made and look good enough and I'm sure they would last, but as they are advertised for use with bicycles, and they don't fit, they are not fit for purpose hence the 1-star rating.

The one star review is kind of correct stating that it's impossible to push, wiggle or pound these all the way in. I tried threading them in like screws and it works extremely well. It does take some time and finger strength but it's worth it.
