Y por el tamaño de las moscas de la fruta, es muy eficaz, con un toque ya caen.Es verdad que no es un sistema pasivo, lo tienes que mover y perseguir un poco a las moscas, y a veces parece que estás jugando un partido de tenis con ellas.Pero en una tarde fui capaz de acabar con todas ellas, cuando llevaba días que no había forma y ya estaba un poco desesperado.Hay que indicar que cuando matas una, suena un chasquido eléctrico bastante fuerte, que te sobresalta un poco y que para algunas personas puede resultar desagradable, pero a mi me gusta, te da la sensación de que el dispositivo funciona a la perfección. Si además coincide que matas varias o que los restos caen sobre la propia raqueta, se oye un chisporroteo eléctrico que la verdad puede asustarte un poco.Pero no hay de qué preocuparse, funciona a 5V, cargándose como los móviles. La parte eléctrica está muy protegida, no se la puede tocar con lo dedos ni por descuido ni siquiera queriendo.Tiene un modo automático, en el que la corriente está circulando siempre, y un modo manual en el que tienes que apretar tu el botón para que circule, así ahorras batería. En modo automático, se ilumina débilmente con luz azul ultravioleta para atraer sobre todo a los mosquitos. Si tienes un oído fino, puedes oír circular la electricidad por las resistencias, es un zumbido apagado.Tiene un pequeño display donde te muestra el nivel de carga, y un simbolito, como un rayo rojo, cuando la carga eléctrica está activada. La batería dura mucho, con la raqueta cargada al máximo, estuve una tarde entera con ella activada, electrocutando moscas y la carga solo bajo un nivel de los 5 que tienen.Fijaros si es potente que cuando coincide que cae una sobre la raqueta y está mas o menos plana, se va achicharrando entre crepitares eléctricos y huele a chamusquina, a retostado de la mosca que has achicharrado.Recomendada sin la menor duda. Si tienes una plaga de moscas de la fruta y no te funciona nada, esta raqueta es tu salvación, en pocas horas y con un poco de ejercicio, te las has cargado a todas sin excepción.

OK so I have this property with a LONG dirt driveway. I like to walk it each day, but depending on the time of year I get attacked by either horseflies, mosquitoes, or these weird bee-like flies. I used to cover up from head to foot ... but now I just carry this and leave the thing ON. If I feel buzzing around my head or ankles, I just wave it around until the bugs fly into it. If they just graze it, they get stunned and wiggle on the ground for awhile, not dead. If they hit it hard, loud snap crackle, pop! And if they get STUCK in it ... OMG it roasts them. You can see smoke rising and the smell of burnt insect flesh! And for a real boost, the thing will dissect them into body parts!! Highly recommend!!! But only for those that friggin HATE flying pests!

O plástico da sensação de ser barato e ser um bocado frágil a raquete como um todo.cumpre a sua função, mata instantâneamente qualquer insecto que toque na raquete. I love this thing. It does make a snapping sound when a bug flys in and kills its self. I don't have to wave it around, just prop it up near by and the insects go straight to it and don't come anywhere near me. Worth every dollar. I do not want to be without one.I'm 77 and have goats. I'm on a walker and can no longer walk out to pasture my goats. I have been taking my car to the pasture to watch them graze and got eaten alive by bugs, but not any more. I haven't had a single bite or sting of any kind since using this zapper, not even a gnat. They fly into my car and straight to the zapper propped between the console and dash.
