My husband was able to put this together by himself in about 30 minutes. This frame is definitely more stable than previous ones we have had from different companies. It can be utilized with or without a box spring. So far it is holding up well; it can hold both my husband, myself , and our 3 dogs ( 2 big and 1 small).

After paramedics stood on the bed with our old frame, we never added in the weight of the Mattress we had (bought 8 years ago on Amazon a Hybrid, which is Springs & Memory Foam) we don't need a boxspring btw..& never expected 2 very heavy men to be on the frame w my wife, who is paralyzed and 280lbs. We put this to test. As they transported her for an appointment they again get on the frame, but this one you didn't hear a thing..no creaking..We've inspected it 3xs now and it's strong as ever. We are going to a Split King Adjustable Frame as we are moving into a bigger home, But this frame will go in the spare bedroom bc it's literally one of the best. It's easy to put together as well. Only suggestion I'd say is if you have hardwood or vinyl floors get some tape that you adhere to furniture bc it can slide, but that's expected. Even carpets may need it as well. It was delivered earlier than expected & instead of the driver just leaving it outside, they did knock, which I really appreciated. If you're thinking about it l, buy it. I highly recommend it for plus size people as well. I wish I could remember the Hybrid bed we purchased, but we along with many neighbors & friends have purchased Memory Foam or Hybrid Mattresses based on ratings & they've lasted years. An elderly neighbor was going to pay $1200 for a Queen Size Bed at a Mattress Store and that didn't include a Frame. We got him his Mattress & Frame for about $350 total & he cancelled his order w the store luckily it hadn't been delivered. So again, you don't need a boxspring w these types of frames. Don't go to a Mattress store, when this is delivered right to your door, & requires an Allen wrench & a wrench. Really Easy!

I wanted a minimalistic, not too high bed frame for my new king bed at my rental property. This was perfect and very easy to clean and store things under! I love it! However, I wish it came with the gaskets as advertised to keep the bed frame in place. I had it all put together by the time I realized they were not included. This was the primary reason I chose this one over other frames.

Long story but maybe it’ll help someone… We had an eight-year-old mattress on its way out the door. One side was super saggy. There was a huge hump in the middle, and the other side was saggy, but not as bad. We decided to rearrange our room so we turned the mattress And the boxspring in opposite ways thinking maybe it’ll help. We came to realize that in fact, the mattress was not the problem it was the boxspring. So instead of replacing the entire thing, we decided to try a new bedframe. This bedframe. We put it together, put the old mattress on it - no saggy side, no hump in the middle. It was the box spring after all. We’re super thrilled!!! We might get another five years out of this mattress maybe? We will see. We’re thrilled at this point!

This bed is extremely sturdy and at a great height! In fact, a box spring is not recommended unless you like to touch the ceiling while you sleep. There is a nice amount of storage under the bed as well. Folks are saying it takes two people to build, but really it just takes a careful and determined person to build it. I didn’t want to wait for my partner to get home b/c my ADHD was ready for action and I had to honor her lol. It is not very challenging at all to build but do yourself a favor and build intentionally and ensure you screw things well. For the part that requires “2 people” just flip the frame down to screw together the outside corners of the frame.
