Well, it sort of works? The functionality of it is fine - I think it's good enough for the value for money. Can't expect much clip quality when you pay that much. Appearance is nice, sizing is fine, but it doesn't exactly clip to a tee.

Look just like the picture! Very sparkly and rather elegant, with clips on each end.Note that the only movement is from hinges at each end between the ornamental part and the clip. So there's no flex to it otherwise. And there's no elastic expansion. So this will work well with fabrics that have their own elastic - like a sweater - but will probably pop off or be uncomfortable with stuff that doesn't stretch - like nonstretch pants or linen.

I got these to hold a shawl closed, but they are not working well for me. The metals are way too shiny and look cheap, plus, the long length provides too much give. These may work well to use on the back of a shirt or jacket like we did in the 90s, but I would not get them for a shawl/cloak.
