This yo-yo takes me back to the last millennium! I used to love playing with the quality wooden yo-yo an uncle gave me. This one, though, is metal, and comes as part of a kit that includes a glove, 12 coloured strings (two each of six colours), and a case.There are no electronics in this yo-yo, so don't expect it to light up, make sounds, or magically wind up back to your hand. No, it's just like the old days where you had to master the art of the return yourself. This one, I feel, is more challenging that my old one on account of the bearing between the two halves. On the one hand, the bearing allows you to perform some good yo-yo tricks, but on the other, returning it to your hand is a new trick I'm having to learn.The Good:✓ The yo-yo has a balanced design, making it suitable for advanced tricks and stunts.✓ Being made of metal, it is lightweight, unlike wood.✓ The product comes with a case, 12 strings, and a three-fingered glove, which are all useful additions.✓ Sleek and modern design.The Not So Good:✗ The yo-yo is 'unresponsive', meaning it requires a specific technique to return to the hand.It's a little expensive at £19.94 (an additional 10% discount voucher is available at the time of review), which is why I'm awarding it only 4 stars.

Arrived as part of the Amazon vine review programme.Nice kit, the stringing instruction are a little to be desired but overall a goods yoyo.Pros:Comes with a load of different string coloured options.Feels very solid when thrown.Able to perform tricks, "walk the dog", "rock the baby" with some ease due to its in-built quality bearing.Nice colours / finish too, looks the part when spinning.Cons:Was a little fiddly to string but did get there eventually.Quite a heavy yoyo (as its all metal alloy) so be careful when using.String isn't the best quality so unsure about reliability when under duress.Nice touch to include a case (which holds the yoyo + string options).Conclusion:A good solid yoyo option, just missed getting the full 5 stars due to the string quality and playfulness when trying to string.Thanks AMZ.

This yo-yo site is amazing quality. I love that you get a big variety in chords so you can customise your yo-yo.The itself is made from really good quality metal with an ergonomic design that allows it to guide when using.It took a few gos to get the hang of views in this and get in the technique right but now we have it’s really good fun to use.None of us could I head around the glove and what the point of the purpose of the glove was I love that it comes with a really good sturdy case.It was really good fun trying out different techniques and trying to get the tricks working

Having used this yo yo over most of the past month I can say with confidence that it's good. Got past the initial set up just fine - youtube video guides highly recommended, though, if you are not so acquainted with yo yo's. It's especially important to string it right and doing that right in the beginning will reap rewards. The box has everything you need and then more, I was impressed with the selection of different colours of strings, which are there as backups or even if you just want a change of colour. The yo yo itself is very stylish looking and metallic too. I got the bind / return - eventually! First time going with an unresponsive, but it feels brilliant once you learn even that basic beginners trick which everything else builds upon. I have been using an app on my phone which has a lot of tricks and you go through them from the start which has been great too. Currently trying to get to grips with the 'walk the dog' trick! Build quality of the yoyo is great too, as I said previously it is metallic but everything about it feels very durable. Value wise I do think it's worth it for what it is. This is not a gimmick. This is a professional grade yo yo which has given me a new hobby and it does have benefits, I can feel that my hand eye coordination has improved somewhat in just a month of use, for instance.
