First I'd like to say that I like how many come in this set, and that they are separated into smaller bags based on size and shape for easy selection.I've used these on two sets of shoes, my heels to cover a seam that always cuts in to my ankle and in my rollerskates where a hole was forming in the inside of the leather boot. The adhesive is strong and even after my feet warmed up in my skates the patch held strong, and the application was so easy, I just peeled and stuck it where I wanted it.For my heels, it was easy to cut the patches to size, and I loved that these can be used for more than one purpose.

The soft velvet top layer wears off after one use but the mesh underneath seems to be holding. Sticks very well and can't feel it at all but not so easy to apply as they're very sticky. Haven't used the heel ones, just the toes patches.

Ordered these because I have a habit of rubbing my shoe with the back of my ankle until there's a hole there. I put these around my shoe and it seems to be doing the trick as it's not uncomfortable wearing a shoe with these installed. Good product, solves an annoying issue for me so I must highly recommend it!
