I bought these to replace old incandescent courtesy lights on my boat. In an attempt to cut down on power consumption I replaced all the old lighting. I could’ve bought replacement LED bulbs but because of the age and the deterioration of some of the sockets I decided to completely replace them with these that are water resistant. I couldn’t be happier, they give off a nice light, spread it out a little more than the individual bulbs and they were cheaper than buying bulbs. It’s all indirect lighting so you don’t see the fixture itself at all but they are easy to install and they do the job.

Teniendo en cuenta las medidas (alto, ancho, distancia agujeros para atornillar) cumple como luz de posición.En mi caso, era para substituir una luz de posición (galibo) de un pequeño remolque de coche. La reposición de la luz original (tambien superpuesta) costaba 22 euros (una sola luz), con este envío he cambiado las dos (la rota y la que estaba aun en uso) y quedan el resto para recambios.

I purchased these lights to Install on my boat in storage compartments and for courtesy lighting. I found that they are not ‘bright’ as claimed by the seller, but rather subdued. They make a decent warm light that is acceptable but not terribly bright. For my application they are fine, but I’ve purchased penny marker lights that are significantly brighter for other projects. The supplied hardware is nice but it didn’t work for my application. Leads are a good length and are correctly labeled. The foam adhesive sealers are also a nice touch. I’m satisfied with the product for my application but four stars because it really isn’t bright. I can’t yet speak to the waterproof quality but will update if there are any issues. 8/10 would buy again.
