These aren't the softest rubber, and the fact they come tightly wrapped up means that it takes a little while for them to get into the correct shape. I left them inside in a warm place overnight before trying to fit them.The tread is not the maximum grip that I've ever had, but the material seems like it should last a while and be fairly resistant to puncturing. I may fit an extra picture resistant lining just for additional reassurance..For 2 tyres and 2 inner tubes the price seems ok

Dies hat jedoch keinen Einfluss auf meine Bewertung und mein Testurteil.Wir haben für unseren Sohn ein gebrauchtes Mountainbike angeschafft, welches ein wenig Wartung und Verschleißreparaturen nötig hatte. Unter anderem mussten die verbauten Reifen ausgewechselt werden.Das Set kommt in einem gemeinsamen Karton geliefert. Die Reifen sowie die Schläuche sind jeweils nochmal in einer Folie eingeschweißt. In anbetracht, dass dies brrmutlich vor vorzeitiger Alterung schützen soll ist das in Ordnung.Vor der Montage empfiehlt es sich die Reifen auszupacken und in ihre eigentliche Form zu bringen. Was recht trivial klingt ist nicht so einfach. Durch die zusammengefaltete Versandform ist die Montage recht aufwendig. Es empfiehlt sich hier den eingebrachten schlauch zur Hilfe zu nehmen und durch vorsichtiges aufpumpen in Form zu bringen. Wenn man dies geschafft hat, sitzt der Reifen gut in der Felge. Das Profil fährt sich recht ruhig auf befestigen Straßen, bietet aber Möglichkeiten in Sand und Wald.Der Preis ist für zwei Reifen inklusive Schlauch absolut in Ordnung. Für Leute ohne zwei linke Hände ist auch die Eigenmontage machbar.

If you only use your bike on the road, these tyres are very good value for money and they come complete with 2 inner tubes.The grip on tarmac is very good even in wet conditions, however, as soon as you go off road, even on compacted gravel you will find these tyres inadequate.The inner tubes are of very good quality, not the lightest, but when inflated they do not present an uneven shape, they stay truly round.The great feature that I like the most is the fact that these tyres are foldable and can be carried as spares in limited space.They're quite expensive, so for the same price you could get Panaracer XC pro without the inner tubes.Personally I wouldn't use these off road, but they're adequate for rainy days on the tarmac or gravel without too much loose material.
