We have had 6 months of hell with sleeping since we moved our son out of a cot and into his own bed. He became so terrible at sleeping after the first month we had to use a baby gate to contain him - unfortunately this did absolutely nothing to stop the screaming and shouting and absolute hysteria around bedtime/wake ups & also started through the night.We have used a grow clock before but he messed with the buttons and functions and then threw it around, so it didn’t last 2 minutes.Davy (we have named Jonny) is doing marvellously well with my son and despite him continuing to mess and try and touch everything, Jonny is still set and going strong!The screaming has stopped on a morning, mostly in an evening (now down to 20 minutes rather than 2 hours of putting back to bed) and we remind him he will wake Jonny up if he carries on screaming. He must look after Jonny as Jonny loves him and looks after him. It seems to work!If I say ‘let’s go and see Jonny’ my son immediately points to his own eyes and says ‘eyes!’ So he understands when Jonny’s eyes are closed he must be sleeping so quiet.If my son wakes up in the night crying/screaming then we calmly tell him Jonny isn’t awake yet so shhhhhh and put him back to bed. It has worked, I was sceptical!Took around 2 weeks to fully sink in with our son, and we all make a fuss of Jonny when we go into the bedroom and even pat his head and tell him he’s a good boy. Our son seems to like having a little friend of his own.Nightlight is great, the barking alarm is good (although our son can sleep through this so it isn’t too loud!) and it is well built and robust. A nice piece - I’m glad we welcomed Jonny into our noisy house, and my mental health is all the better for it too.Phew!

The clock works just as expected. My daughter loves the barking alarm clock. Took a little bit to get it programmed but once you have it done this thing, rocks!

Si votre enfant a tendance à se lever trop tôt le matin comme la mienne il vous faut ce réveil et pas un autre. Je m'explique:J'ai rechercher sur tout les autres réveils dt on passe de nuit à jour où de rouge à vert ou de fermer à ouvert. Ce réveil la à l'avantage d'avoir la transition "le orange"Phase de 30 minutes qui se décontenancé avec les petites étoiles. L'enfant est moins frustrer et sait que le vert c'est pour bientôt il a donc une certaine notion d'où il se trouve dans le temps. L'idéal est de régler la lumière sur "cont" comme ça il garde la nuit la lumière au rouge et au orange et 5 mn au vert au réveil. Les petits moins seraient au niveau du son 3 seulement et ils ne sont pas des plus magiques mais bon on fait avec. Ça a vraiment atteint son but avec notre fille qui nous réveillait trop tôt maintenant quand c'est rouge elle sait qu'elle doit rester dans son lit et quand c'est orange elle peut jouer calmement dans sa chambre. Pour la notice vous la trouverez sur le net malheureusement elle n'est pas fournis en papier dans la boîte. Mais son utilisation est très facile.

I bought this Doggy for my son (2 years old)At the beginning I was really disappointed as my son learned how to put dog to sleep in first 5 minutes, so the dog was always sleeping…. I wrote a bad review and I was very surprised as a company contacted me and offer a full refund and allowed to keep the dog as my son got attached to it. Now five months later my son is no longer has interest in putting Doggy to sleep but he knows as soon as the dog closes the eyes the light should go off, so he take a little chair, climbs up to switch the light off and goes to bed by himself, no crying, no “one more book”.It does work.Thank you for letting to keep the dog, if I would send back I would probably still be battling every night with my little one.
