Excellent build quality and very sturdy when fitted comes with lightweight carbon legs.Overall weighs just slightly under 9oz so is not a great addition in weight, strong spring locking feature to locate and lock the legs into place along with easy one touch button to extend the legs for additional height. Legs are notched to extend and lock at the length required.A well made Bi Pod that for the money is an absolute bargain well pleased with the purchase and it does what it is meant to do.
