I’ve been using the ZenGreens kit for a couple of weeks now, and honestly, it’s pretty impressively easy to do.It actually looks good on the counter—clean, minimal design that doesn’t scream “science experiment.” Blends in well with kitchen stuff, which I didn’t expect.For what you get (trays, seeds, etc), it feels worth it. You’d spend more buying microgreens regularly at the store so to me this is worth the patience.The materials feel sturdy, not flimsy plastic. The seed quality also seems high—nearly all of them sprouted fast and full.I saw visible sprouts in 2–3 days, full greens in under a week. Super satisfying if you’re impatient or new to growing.The drainage works well—no standing water or soggy mess. The tray system lets excess water drip through just enough to keep the roots happy.Everything works and functions as expected. The instructions are clear, and the whole setup is low-maintenance but still feels rewarding.Overall, if you want to grow fresh greens without a ton of effort or space, this kit nails it. Would definitely buy again or gift it to someone.

Es funktioniert wie beschrieben. Ich habe einige Samen in das Glas getan, einweichen lassen und morgens und abends mehrmals spülen. Es ist jetzt Tag 4 und die Radieschensprossen werden grün. Morgen oder übermorgen werde ich sie mir auf ein Tomatenbrot streuen. Was mich ein bisschen irritiert ist, dass nicht alle Samen gekeimt haben. Da ich noch keine Erfahrung habe, weiß ich nicht, ob das normal ist. Vielleicht kann mir ein Profi weiterhelfen.

This item arrived this morning minus the seed packets. The Department of Agriculture and Food had removed them from the parcel at Irish customs and informed me they were going to be destroyed for not having a phytosanitary certificate. However, the product had originated from a small company in Germany, and the seeds were described as being certified organic and from Italy - both EU countries and not needing a certificate to export seeds to Ireland, even if they have come via the UK. So buyer beware, if in Ireland and ordering from Amazon.uk.The product is great quality and contains no plastic components. I am looking forward to using it when I have sourced so-called "legitimate" seed. I wonder who will reimburse me for the missing seeds!
