Het waterbad- en smeltpotje van Zenker van hoogwaardig, roestvrij staal is de ideale keukenhulp voor het smelten van chocolade en couverture. De gevormde en extra lange beugelgreep zorgt voor een goede en stabiele grip in het waterbad. Dankzij de twee schenkneuzen kan de vloeibare chocolade rechtstreeks via cake, vruchten of andere lekkernijen worden gegoten. Ottimo attrezzo per sciogliere o riscaldare a bagnomaria. In acciaio inox, lavabile in lavastoviglie, basta poggiarlo su un pentolino con dell'acqua, mettere il tutto sul fuoco e in pochissimo tempo si potrà sciogliere burro, cioccolato o quello che serve. Comodi anche i beccucci laterali per versare il composto e unirlo ad altri ingredienti.

The idea is good but the item will only hold a very small amount, the first time I tried to use it to melt some butter & chocolate for some brownies it was way too small so went back to the normal method of using a bowl over some boiling water, which was why I bought it in the first place, I also thought it maybe alright for lemon curd, so if anyone is reading this review for the real bakers among us please find us a bigger melting pot with a handle and pouring spouts and I am sure you will be onto a winner the idea is good the item is way too small so don't waste your money.
