This review is for the Zettum Ping Pong Table Cover (Black, fits standard 9x5 ft tables). Overall, it's a functional cover that fits well and appears waterproof, though I have some reservations about the material weight, leading to a 4-star rating.Fit & Securing:The cover fit my standard-size ping pong table well when the table was laid flat (I did not test it in the folded/storage position, though it seems large enough that it should work). It was easy to put on and take off. It features six straps (one near each corner and one midway down each long side) with buckles that allow you to cinch it down securely. The straps are well-placed and provide enough adjustment to get a snug fit, which should help significantly with wind resistance. Fastening all six does take a moment, however.Material & Waterproofing:The 600D Oxford fabric feels reasonably durable – certainly not flimsy – but perhaps not quite as thick or "heavy-duty" as I might have expected based on the description. However, I tested its water resistance by spraying it with a hose, and the water beaded up and rolled off effectively, indicating the PU coating works well and it should provide good rain protection.Durability Concerns (Sun Exposure):My main question mark is long-term durability, specifically against intense sunlight. Living in Southern California, outdoor covers often degrade quickly under constant UV exposure. While the material seems okay initially and the listing claims UV resistance, only time will tell how it truly holds up through a hot summer. I will update this review (as of May 2025) if I encounter any premature fading or degradation issues. This uncertainty, combined with the material feel, contributes to the 4-star rating.Conclusion:This Zettum cover provides a good, snug fit (for flat tables), appears effectively waterproof based on testing, and has a well-designed strap system for security. While the material feels more medium-duty than truly heavy-duty, it performs its core function well. The primary uncertainty is its long-term endurance in high-UV environments. It's a solid choice for protection, especially against rain, earning 4 stars.

This cover is SUPER nice. I didn't really notice'em at first, but HOLY this cover sure does come with a TON of buckles! Not a complaint, but for sure a REAL compliment! With all those buckles, it does a great job securing the cover to the surface and makes sure it doesn't get blown away.In addition, I'm super impressed with it's build quality and strength. It feels strong and should be able to withhold even the toughest tugs and pokes, which hopefully your table should never have to experience anyway. Honestly, I never though I would be open to taking my table to the garage where it's a tad more space there, but with this cover protecting it I admit I'm more open to the idea. I know for a fact the wife will definitely appreciate that! HA!Definitely a tangent, but I also love to play board games and I hate the idea of using the ping pong table to do anything besides of course, to play ping pong. But with this cover protecting it, okay fine let's put some drinks on it, play some board games, heck maybe even eat food on it now? Wow... I can't believe I'm saying that.Overall, this cover gets a lot done. It's a good fit, with the buckles its secure, and the fabric protection feels strong and sturdy. With the cover it also opens tons of options for me, perhaps storing the table in the garage? Or using the table for other functions besides pingpong now too? Well, that's still up for debate but I'm certainly more open to the idea now as a result of having this protection cover. If you want to expand some options for your table too, consider this grabbing this cover!

As a cover for the table when it is folded up, it works fine…so does a tarp or a blanket.But, I specifically chose this cover because it was advertised as a cover that would fully fit the open table and it would tent over the net. It doesn’t.

I got this ping pong table cover so that I could move our table outside for a few upcoming outdoor events and I don't want to have to move it back in every time. I prefer to store it in the folded position if we are expecting some mild rain, and I prefer to leave the table unfolded and covered for dryer weather. It does a decent job of waterproofing the table during light rain and keeping morning dew off the surface. The cover is easy enough to place on the table and secure with the straps and doesn't take much time. I did expect the material to be a bit heavier, but it seems to be a reasonable quality. I prefer to take down the net prior to covering. The cover just tents over the net if you leave it up. I'm concerned that the cover may not stay put in some of the heavy winds we've been been getting recently so I've still had to bring my table inside becuase we've had some extreme wind and rain. For that reason I'm not comfortable with relying on this cover for long term outdoor storage yet.
