Love the selection of colours, stud fastening flaps and overall comfort.Very warm, advertised as a man’s hat but I am female and prefer hats with a peak.Fun, stylish, dare to be different 👍

The "trapper hat" is quite an interesting item. Admittedly, I was a bit wary when I ordered it, expecting that it would either be really cool or really hideous. But it somehow turned out to be neither. It is actually kind of “mid” - just OK, but not necessarily in a bad way.The hat looked a bit small when I took it out of the package, but I tried it on a couple of average grown-up heads, and to my surprise, it fit. Don’t get me wrong - it is still small in appearance once you put it on - especially if you expect a classic “trapper hat” - but it is roomy enough in terms of fit and it looks alright.Basically, when it comes to both size and looks, it may be best to think of it as a thicker baseball cap with a built-in additional neck and ear warmer. It is definitely roomy warm enough to do its job in lighter autumn or winter weather, and it is cute in its own way. But it also definitely does not really get close to the real deal like some fancier, hardcore weather-proof and stylish winter hats would.To sum things up, this is probably more of a fun accessory for urban settings than a serious go-to hat for prolonged outdoorsy winter activities. It is cute and, in some ways, has most of the elements of a “trapper hat”. But it is also a bit on the flimsy side and, at best, feels more like a diet version of a winter hat that was vaguely inspired by trapper hats, if that makes sense.The color is a nice purple (very similar to the pictures), and although the design is slightly different from what I expected, it looks OK enough and actually quite wearable.The top material is some sort of polyester-type material that feels a bit cheap but does seem to be waterproof or at least water-repellent.The faux fur material only lines the part that goes around your ears and of your neck, not the entire interior of the hat. The remaining interior still has a warm lining, though.I have no idea what the phrases "chin strap" and "removable mask" in the product description refer to. The hat I got included no such things. The bit that goes around the ears ("ear flap"?) and neck does have and can be put down or up as needed, though, and there are a couple of buttons to hold it in place when it is folded up.The stitching is not perfect. There are some threads sticking out here and there; and in some places, things do not line up perfectly. The threads do not actually seem like they are loose or as though they could cause the hat to unravel, though. They just seem to be a bit of extra material that can just be cut off.There are no in no care instructions, and I'm not sure if and how the hat can or should be washed.I am still giving three stars because although it is not exactly the ideal hat for various winter activities, and I cannot recommend relying on it as your one and only go-to winter hat, I do think it's cute and wearable enough to do an OK job as a somewhat functional accessory for milder winter weather.

Very comfy hat. Waterproof and very warm. The peak is at the perfect angle and flap' s really soft, does a great job of keeping the ears and back of neck warm. Strong wind does lift the flap a little but by then you're angling your head so not a huge deal.Definitely recommended.

The fur is lovely (a lot better than most) and the hat looks really good, but sadly a little big for my 56cm head, so returned.
