Also Xylitol does affect blood sugar, whereas erythritrol will not.I use in tea and coffee, also make my own keto spicy ketchup by mixing apple cider vinegar, cayenne pepper, tomatoe puree, salt, onion powder, stevia drops & erythritrol.
