After using it according to the instructions, no difference made to getting foggy inside the Speedo goggles.

This stuff has been good at preventing goggles fogging up over about 1000m. Not able to try it longer. However it is important to follow the instructions precisely. clean your goggles first then apply to the inside and leave for exactly 2 minutes, swirling a bit to make sure all parts are evenly coated. Then rinse it off in clean water and leave to dry. Don't wipe them again or it will come off and you have to allow time to dry.Not doing all that will lead to lenses being either coated in a gooey layer that's hard to see through or no anti-fog. dome properly there is a very slight distortion still due to the layer but very little and much better than misting up.

I have tried a lot of different anti-fog sprays in my life, and I've been snorkeling, diving and swimming for more than 60 years now (yeah, this is not a typo, unfortunately). My impression is that your saliva (very cheap!) works at least as well as the fanciest, latest "nano" product (very expensive!) - once the original, factory coating wears off (usually rather soon!).
