They are smaller than what I expected. Maybe my mistaken. Also, the bands and how to use them is complicated and don’t work as well as my previous ones.

I've tried 4 different types of paddles but these are the best. I have arthritis in my hands so i am using the paddles to keep my hands in the correct position while i swim.They are great because they can be adjusted. As well as keeping my hands in place, they are great for refining my stroke.

This is the second pair of Zoggs that I have bought. I was very happy with the first pair but the tubing disintegrated after lots of use.. I wrote to the company asking for replacement tubing and they said they didn't have any spare...I was happy to pay for it. So all I could do was to buy a replacement - but they have changed the design and show in their product info 3 loops across but only provide tubing for 2. If you halve the long tube, each part is not long enough. This is actually a deception. I could send it back and that was my inclination as there are other much cheaper versions but in the end, decided to keep them. But I am NOT happy with my purchase. No more Zoggs when this tubing falls apart! I hope Amazon and Zoggs takes note.
