Great taste, no sugar spike, but don’t eat to much in one go.

These are so good, it's hard to believe they are actually good for my teeth :DYES, DO NOT EAT them all in one sitting if you aren't used to eating xylitol! If you eat too much in the beginning, you will have diarrhea and it would be directly proportionate to the amount you have consumed!! :)However, I've been eating xylitol for a while now. My dentist raved about it since it came on the market. It is just so good for you! I was pregnant at the time, and there are studies that show that it is even good for the baby if the mom is consuming certain amounts though pregnancy and then after birth.I JUST WISH THESE WEREN'T SO EXPENSIVE!!! May be for Christmas and Birthday as an excellent treat! :)

Deceptive and blatant false and fraud advertising - sweetener is maltitol. I ate a serving of these before seeing. They advertise erythritol as the sweetener - even the back of the package says it in the description. Come to read that ingredients a bit farther below has maltitol and maltitol syrup listed as one of the first (therefore one of the most prominent) ingredients on their label. I am assuming they switched over to save a buck. My glucose skyrocketed, and this makes sense considering maltitol cannot be subtracted out as fiber or net carbs. They also arrive melted on top of it all.They should be absolutely ashamed. Shameful bait and switch to horrible ingredients, I hope the money saved was worth it. Taking advantage of people wanting to live healthier lifestyles is the legacy of this company now. Stay away from their products. This is a lawsuit waiting to happen if someone is eating low carb for strict health reasons, because is just blatant false advertising stating the sweetener is one thing but the label having another.

if you want something that doesn't have that awful aftertaste for diabetic this is the brand they don't really taste like or have consistency of caramel but its a good chocolate for those who can't have sugar

I ate the bag in about four days, this is not a lot of candy. Tastes great, almost like a Rollo, does somehow make teeth feel somewhat clean. It will give you a smooth move if ya know what I mean. Who can eat just one? Not me!
