Après 6 mois d'utilisation, je suis toujours satisfaite de mon achat.Les moulins de 19cm ont une bonne contenance pour un remplissage pas trop fréquent. De plus le contenant en verre épais a une ouverture suffisamment large pour un remplissage sans entonnoir.Le couvercle, en plus de protéger le mécanisme et de garder propre votre placard, peut servir de réceptacle afin de vous rendre compte par exemple de la quantité de sel que vous utilisez. Il vous suffit de le retirer délicatement (moulin tête en bas) après avoir donné quelques tours de moulins.Le seul petit bémol pour moi est qu'une photo laisse supposer que vous avez 5 réglages possibles de la mouture. En réalité, il n'y a pas de crans. Vous devez tourner la molette de réglage de la mouture qui ouvre plus ou moins le mécanisme de broyage. Par conséquent, pas facile de retrouver son réglage préféré quand plusieurs utilisateurs n'ont pas les mêmes préférences.
