It started well then the paint came off after 5 months. Now the item is useless and ready for the bin as all of the juice collects under the layer of paint, the item will get quite disgusting. I'm hoping for a quick refund....I was amazed, such a polite and professional response from the company (I had to message directly) and they refunded very quickly. I'd buy from them again no doubt. Although I've now got a stainless steel version of these.

Build quality is heavy and as far as I can tell good. However the joint at the end is exceptionally wide with makes all the part jiggle sideways at all times.Also when it arrived it seemed it was already opened and used there was a severe crack of the paint coating on side exposing a decent spot of the underlying metal. I had to sand it down a bit to avoid piece of paint coming off during use. I did not send it back because we needed it at the time and it doesn't harm the functionality. However I am really disappointed by the secondhand and damaged state of the product.

We use it almost every day. I got it maybe 3 months ago. It also has some white stains from the lemon, even if we hand wash it or put it in the dishwasher.

A good, solid juice extractor. The colours are bright and indicate where to place a lemon or lime for juicing.It is easy to clean, solid and really works well. It was delivered quickly, packaged well and I am pleased. Thank you.
