I didn't even know that these existed! Thankfully, now I do. For years, we would need to spend almost a full day at the beginning of each summer getting the access water from the top of the pool. For reference, we winterize our pool in Wisconsin mid to end of September, and open it in again in May. We have a 28 foot across round pool, which is above ground with a deck around it. Through those months its closed, water and leaves gather in the middle of the pool that have to be pumped out. This pillow sits on top of the remaining water, it inflates and raises the middle of the winter pool cover so there is less water and leaves that can gather there. Technically, we could have used two or three of these because of the size of our pool so we will be purchasing more.I will update this review if I would have any problems with this product over the winter, however, so far, I am very impressed with this product, especially for the price. I looked at the same products from pool magazines, that were $200+.
