As you can see in my pics, the material of the hat is very lightweight. That obviously allows for wrinkling and such, which will mean I probably won't wear it when I care about how it looks. Personally, I'm not too upset about that, because I think the lightness of the material will make it a nice hat for hiking or other summer activities. The material still has the same look/texture to it as a typical name-brand hat. The main negative for me is that it's deeper, and sits lower on your head, than the average hat.

The product description says the cap has a stretch strap around at the base to secure the cap on your head. This stretch feature was the reason I wanted to try this cap. The problem is there isn't much stretch. About 1/4" at most. So if your head size is between their sizes, the fit may be loose or too tight. Other than that, the cap seems to be well constructed overall. The stitching looks very even and consistent. Other then the stretch band, everything else about the cap is what you'd expect from a cap.
