The adjustment method for these is a pain as you need to use a needle to move the magnet while you move the stick to center it. That isn’t the worst thing, but it’s kind of a pain. The biggest issue is how it doesn’t quite return to center after a while. It seems to drift itself which this is supposed to fix in the first place. I replaced the stick with the second one that came in the package and got similar performance.

These replacement joysticks are great! The Hal Effect movement is very precise and 10X smoother than originals. Something you need to keep in mind. Installation is not for the faint hearted. Calibration is another thing to consider. The older XBox 1 controllers need to be calibrated by sticking a small pin into each joysticks hole to secure the magnet and rolling the stick into the direction of deviation. Newer controllers can be calibrated from the accessories app on your xbox or special setup movements.Well worth the money!
