IT is perfect! IF you use a locksmith to create copies of your original keys (the metal part) as well then it works fully pretty much as the original would only it is completely new. In my case the metal key had broken from the plastic and that is why I bought this. So I replaced the electronics and created a copy key based on the metal provided in the new key. So now the whole key is completely new again and works perfectly with the car. Remember to move the tiny transponder from the old key to the new key!!!
