I have tried other circular 2-inch pads, but these oval-shaped pads fit more securely.They are thicker than the original pads, Hopefully, this means that they will last longer. However, it also means that they reduce the effective music volume slightly, so a headphone fitted with an original pad on one side and this replacement pad on the other side results in uneven sound balance. Therefore, it's better to replace them as a pair and increase the volume one notch.My order arrived in 10 days, sooner than originally estimated.
