These bakelite templates are nicely machined, including the hefty knurled brass alignment stops. The templates are surfaced machined flat and are a good bit thicker than the guide bearing on common flush trim router bits. Thus, they are easy to set up and track (especially with a "palm" router).The brass stops accurately self align to the corner being dressed, with the stop's knurled finish helping to keep the template in place. However, I usually use a couple of spring clamps to hold the template down for added assurance that the corner radius stays aligned to the work piece.Given the product quality I'd say these templates are a good value. As well, I'd suggest, that for the money it would take to match the quality of these templates at home, it simply would not be worth your time.My only "gripe" is that I'd like to have radii larger than 35 mm (~1-3/8"). Say 40 and 50 mm radii on a 4th template in the set.
