They’re very large jars, so perhaps not ideal for beginners as you have to commit to making quite a lot, but they’re great for making things such as picked veg, kombucha, or even alcohol if you’re careful, such as limoncello or mead.The quality is great, they’re heavy and well made jars, and they seal very well.
