Ayuda a disminuir la tensión en las rodillas. Usado como step es un poco inestable porque es un poco pequeño.

I bought the squat wedge that converts to the aerobic step platform and it is great! It is sturdy and it allows me to do a broad range of exercises, targeting more muscle groups than traditional squats. So far, I have not had any issues with it slipping while on a hard surface.

This is all hard Styrofoam. I was expecting plastic. The wedges slide. When using it as a step up the pieces push out and dont stay together well.This is kind of a pain to mess with. I have a new baby and try to get a QUICK workout in and I was screwing with this for far too long.The item is light weight.It is versatile for several uses.The size is good for a home gym. Doesn't take up much space but isn't so small you can't use it.I wish it didn't slide or push out. I wanted to like this. But I'll be returning it. For the price this is cheap quality
