Pilates kit. Superb kit. 4 different pairs of resistance bands, solid 3 piece bar and door frame attachment hook. Excellent for resistance pulling and pushing exercises. Easy to assemble, attach bands and use. Comes with carry bag and clear instructions for different exercises. Quality seems great, competitive price point.

This is a quality set of equipment, an improvement on those that I have used before. Check before buying that you get the right set as they vary depending on your weight and height. The colours are quite muted and classy and vary subtly (perhaps too subtly) from weight to weight. You can adjust the fixing strap also. This is the first set of bands that I have used with a bar and it definitely gives more of a “gym” experience when doing squats or curls for example. It has light padding and screws together easily for space saving storage. All the kit feels of a good quality and comes with access to very good instructional videos although there are plenty on YouTube to watch also. A good set for old and young who can’t get to the gym for whatever reason and want to tone up at home.
