Très satisfait de ce plat que j'utilise uniquement sur des feux au gaz. Pas testé les autres modes de cuissons.Facile a nettoyer, pas une seule rayure après un an d'utilisation. Seul bémol, dommage que le couvercle ne soit pas vendu avec le plat ! Sinon, parfait, cuisson rapide et homogène, bonne diffusion de la chaleur.
