I'm 6' tall and 175 lbs with a 33" waist and I ordered a size large. The fit was a bit tight but completely acceptable. These definitely run small and the sizing chart is a bit nonsensical, so order up.Overall the shorts are a good value for the quality level–which is average to above average. At the time of this review the price was $22.99. Once you move up to the top manufacturers you can easily spend double or triple - or more. The fabric of these short was a little thinner than what I'm used to, but it felt good and the legs stayed in place without being uncomfortable. The gel/foam hybrid padding was pretty nice and protective, but not up to the standards of full gel. For that, obviously, you have to pay a lot more. In general these are very good.

I really like these bike shorts because they have everything I want. The pockets are perfect for holding my phone. The wide waistband is super comfy and doesn’t feel tight like some shorts do. The fit is just right—snug but not too tight—and the grippy leg bands keep the shorts from riding up while I pedal. The padding feels thick and firm, which made my long rides much more comfortable. I’ve ridden for hours and didn’t feel sore afterward. Just be careful with sizing because these run a little small. Overall, these shorts are good quality for the price and have all the features I want. I’d recommend them if you want comfy, practical bike shorts that work well.

These are decent biking shorts. I suggest sizing up one size; I'm an XL and typically opt for 2XL in the MIC garments and that usually works out best. Very rarely do I see MIC clothing that is true to size. The spandex and seams suggest that these shorts are of average to slightly above average quality. My biggest knock is that the padding feels like it's as much foam as it is gel. It's certainly not full gel. Other than that, the hem cuffs on the legs fit me just snugly enough, as they should. They are comfortable shorts, no question. I can recommend these at four stars. Hope this was helpful.

It’s a little tighter than I expected, but the fit still works for cycling. The material feels high quality—durable yet flexible—and the padding is really comfortable on long rides. It stays in place without feeling bulky, which I appreciate. The small pocket is a nice touch, but I personally wouldn’t trust it for a phone since there’s no zipper. I might stash a gel or a power bar in there, especially on colder rides to keep it from freezing. The leg cuffs are solid too—super grippy and don’t ride up while pedaling. Overall, it feels like a well-made piece of gear, just be aware that the sizing runs a bit snug.
