Here to give a public shoutout to the Audioengine team for the quality of these speakers and the outstanding value they provide. I've owned a pair of HD6 speakers and a sub for about 10 years and if I had to choose between that combo or my Klipsch Forte IVs for regular use, I'd pick the HD6s all day. The integrated Bluetooth and ease of set-up make them a no-brainer purchase for someone who wants the ability to create some beautiful (and loud) noise without needing a Phd in audio or thousands of dollars.So when I found myself in the middle of a move and wanting some speakers to pair with my computer while I wait for my stuff, I turned to Audioengine. The HD3s showed up next day, were excellently packaged and set-up in 2 mins. They put out a great sound for my office and would work well in a dorm room or small apartment. Just an excellent product for the price point.Kudos to the entire Audioengine crew. Always a good feeling when you know your money is well spent.

I bought these to use in the office, they fit nicely below the 4k monitor. They were gifted to me for Christmas, so we tested them in the dining room, where they were able to fill the room with sound. They were used in preference to the Bose Acoustic Wave speaker over the holidays; the bluetooth was more convenient, I found that vocals and classical instruments were clearer, but missed the deeper bass. In the office they are ideal though. Seems like a crazy amount to pay for such small speakers but I would miss them.

Ho preso queste per rimpiazzare due casse Flex 2i della Bluesound le quali, pur essendo di valore, creano un sacco di problemi nella configurazione e nella gestione. Credo di avere impiegato non pi di 5 minuti disimballare, collegare, sistemare sulla scrivania queste HD3 collegandole alla porta USB della mia workstation; inoltre, ho accoppiato dei dispositivi Bluetooth e adesso posso passare dal suono prodotto dal Pc, a quello dei dispositivi Bluetooth in un attimo senza problemi. Cosa praticamente impossibile con le casse delle Bluesound che spesso: perdevano il sincronismo stereo, dovevo riconfigurare le sessioni Bluetooh, l'ingresso ottico nei giorni pari funzionava e nei giorni dispari non c'era verso di farle andare. Tenendo conto che non spengo mai il PC, questi comportamenti mi innervosivano assai.La qualità sonora di queste HD3, per me, è superlative ... poi se ci sono pseudo audiofili che le ritengono scarse è un problema loro. Sulla scrivania non occupano spazio.Per me: un ottimo acquisto ... se qualcuno fosse interessato alle Flex2i della Bluesound gliele vendo volentieri
